"Sometime in the last year began this journey of finding myself they way I used to know myself. I am 39 years old and some where along the way I gave so much of myself to others, I forgot who I was. This is my testimony.
It was summer and I had recently got out of a bad relationship and was trying to heal from that. I recently started a new job and everything depended on me succeeding. I wasn’t happy with how others in my life were treating me. I got a call from Bryan that day and that was when things started changing.
In one 30 min Facebook call, I felt positive, empowered and ready for this change. I woke up every morning after that(and still do) looking in the mirror saying something posting about myself. Changing how I spoke(no negative words.) I continued to have life coach sessions with Bryan over the next week and I continued to grow. NO is one of my favorite words now. I love who I am becoming and without life coach lessons I know I would still be struggling to find my way through the negatives in life.
